Could this really just be IBS?
I got a
Depo
-
provera
shot to bring the periods under control, and was sure I was on the road to recovery. Until I had a complete and total relapse.

Delayed period while downregulating
Hi ladies, this is my first long protocol after several short. I’ve been on Synarel for 13 days and no sign of a bleed. The clinic scanned yesterday and said I should start soon as I had no cysts. They also gave me a 5 day course of Provera which they said I could take if I want, or I could just wait

Switching from Depo-Provera to Progestogen only pill
Hi, I'm new here and I need help. Recently, I've been put on the POP as I am unable to see my nurse for my injection until this pandemic is over. What is the likelihood of getting pregnant while on the pill? Thank you

Low Calcium & Testosterone from Depo Provera shot?
Hello, I've been on the
Depo
Provera
shot for over a year to control my Endometriosis and Migraines. I recently had a private blood test by Blue Horizon and it shows I have low Calcium and really low Testosterone.

Depo Medrone 120mg IM and Mood
Hi All I had an injection of Depo Medrone almost 4 weeks ago and initially felt great but this week I’ve noticed my mood it all over the place! I’m anxious, sad, tearful, panicy, obsessive about little things. I haven’t felt this way prior to the treatment and I haven’t had any significant changes in

IM steroid injection - when will it start working?
I recently got the IM depo medrone steroid injection into my left thigh to help with inflammation and pain for my possible RA. I would love to hear other people's experiences of it and the effects. It's been six days since I've had the injection, I've definitely noticed less stiffness and a bit less

Unable to have Depo Provera- lockdown
I was diagnosed with moderate to severe endometriosis a few years ago but it was largely controlled by the
depo
Provera
injection. I only realised I had endo when I came off depo for a while because there was a shortage of supplies.

Help!
I got a lap in September 2019 which confirmed endo on my ovaries, pelvic side walls and both sides of my bowel with some lesions. My surgeon excised most of the endo, except for some on my left ovary which she burned using diathermy. I also got the mirena put in. After surgery, I had no pain and I was

Provera - positive stories please :)
Hi Looking for some positivity! After 3 years of awful endo pain, and trialling the depo injection (to no avail - pain settled by 70% which is amazing but just made me bleed constantly), my consultant has started me on provera (1 tablet, 3 times a day, indefinitely) this week and mentioned adding

Methotrexate, steroids, COVID-19
Hi all, I'm UCTD, and for about five years, I've been a full dose (2 x daily) of hydroxychloroquine. I've been having a flair more or less since lock-down started. Normally when this happens, I get a Depo-Medrone injection (methylprednisolonen), which settles me down anywhere from a few months to a couple

Hi, I was confirmed with endo January 2019, since then I have had provera tablets and zoladex injections. Since having the injections I have found they really help but start to wear off after about 3 weeks, the last one I had was a 3 month one and about 9 weeks in I can feel it starting to wear off

Hrt obstetric aps
Hi I would like some info on hrt and Aps. In 2015 I lost a baby at 5mths pregant (after 3 sussesful pregnancies) I was advised by my local nhs hospital it would be ‘ one of those things’ so I sought private testing. I had a private aps test done in London about a week after my loss which was normal.

Anyone having injections of Depo-Medrone instead of taking prednisolone orally to manage symptoms of PMR?
Anyone having injections of depo-Medrone instead of taking prednisolone by mouth for PMR symptoms? If so, do you prefer this method? How does it work?
