It might depend on when u take them, I'm not good with new pills so I take them at night so if any side effects I'll be sleeping through it, I'm now taking them in morning no side effects.

Hi everyone, has anyone had side effects from these please? I'm still trying to decide what to try next. The pain physio said that a side effect of these can be vomiting, I'm beginning to think he didn't really know as much as I thought he did though, thanks x

I take 90mg in the morning and 30mg at 5 pm. I find that it reduces the pain significantly but I could not cope with 90mg in one dose as it made me too tried. Try spreading the dose out over the day.

i was on 90mg then i stopped as my diagnoisis keeps changing, after going to pain clinic consultant has put me back on 30mg to be taken at night and also prescribed capsicum cream. Having come off them it confirmed that it was helping so I am quite happy to go back on them. The only side effect I have is lack of appetite and have lost 2 stone in 6 months (it's ok as I had/have loads of weight to shift and had no intention of dieting ) Hope you find them of use to you.

Thanks guys. I seem to have racing thoughts and feel like I'm constantly thinking 'how do I feel'? Not sure whether this is the tablets or my anxiety. Just want to be normal 😢

I couldn't take this medication, I felt like I couldn't relax and it made me very anxious, but everyone is different, I have heard very good revues for this, so good luck, don't forget to give it time x

Hi i used to take it but off it now i had really bad brain zapps and the withdrawral was horrendous never again. But everyones different and affects people in different ways. Take care xxx
