Immune suppressants?
Im not seeking any medical advice with this question. Do any of you know why some of us, post transplant, take different immune suppressants? I take 2 mg of Advagraf (slow relase) once a day. Others that i have met on the liver unit that were transplanted around the same time as me, December 2019, or

Ct values and (RT-PCR) SARS-CoV-2 tests -ASK FOR YOUR Ct VALUE before making radical treatment decisions
(I try to avoid Covid-19 comments or on molecular virology/biology on this forum, but this one seems appropriate given RoyProp's post. The use of Ct values is controversial, so don't assume anything I say is gospel, but plenty of studies are available to substantiate what I suggest. Look for Dr. Mina's

Hiya, I have posted this elsewhere but I think it was lost, so I think it is worth me posting as a new thread. I have Hypothyroidism and my doctor is happy because my TSH is in range, however I’m not happy. I still have hypothyroid symptoms; fatigue, aches and pains, weight gain, brain fog… My most recent

Are Anti-oxidants to be avoided with aCRPC?
I was getting vitamin C infusions to help with my immunity prior to my docetaxel infusions and have continued to get them the in-between weeks. TA mentioned anti-oxidants counter the ROS needed for cancer cell death. Does this mean I should stop IVC and any/all other supplements I have that are anti-oxidants

COVID and AF (some new research)
I know were all having a bad time with a mixture of AF and the worry of COVID, we've all come a long way and managed to deal with it all to a point. I am however the bearer of what seems to be bad news and think it's only right to share this even though it makes uncomfortable reading, for that I apologise

No period on mini pill
I’m new to the mini pill (cerazette) and coming to the end of my 3rd month of taking it. For the previous 2 months on the pill I have had a bleed admitting it was light and only lasted for 3-4 days. However, this month I have had nothing and I have taken a pregnancy test which was negative but still

Experience with PA and Long Covid
I had long Covid and also have PA. I believe that my long Covid was an auto-immune problem (I am not speaking for long Covid patients who continue to have viral symptoms.) My symptoms seemed to be inflammatory. PA is also an auto-immune disorder so I was aware that I might be at risk for a 'cytokine

Advice wanted on supplements to take to try and manage osteoporosis the natural way
I have osteoporosis and don't want to take medication and want to go the natural route to stop bone loss/ possibly increase it slightly. I am trying to sort out what supplements to take, and am getting confused. A definite bit of advice coming through it to take organic calcium, eg Algecal. This

Why is my foot swollen?
Several weeks back, after some vitamin c infusions, but not necessarily connected to the vitamin c of fusions, I noticed that my left foot was swollen. Both the foot and the ankle itself were puffy. When I pushed on the swollen part it does not leave an indention. It stays white for a brief moment and
