No period on mini pill

I’m new to the mini pill (cerazette) and coming to the end of my 3rd month of taking it. For the previous 2 months on the pill I have had a bleed admitting it was light and only lasted for 3-4 days. However, this month I have had nothing and I have taken a pregnancy test which was negative but still no period, is there a chance I could be pregnant even though I take my pill religiously at the same time everyday without fail, I have also had a cold recently and have been taking cold and flu meds along with vit. Not having a period is pretty normal on the minipill. Some people take it specifically because it is one of the side effects. I did. I was on it for two years and has no periods at all for all but the first two months I was taking it. The likelihood of you getting pregnant if you're using it perfectly is about 1% so I would say you're pretty safe.

You don't have to worry with regards to cold and flu remedies either, according to Planned Parenthood: plannedparenthood.org/learn....

If you're still worried about the interaction between the pill and cold & flu remedies, a pharmacist will be able to set your mind at ease there.
