It's advised not to take any calcium unless tested and found to be deficient. It may be only 9% opf RDA but you will be eating calcium foods in dairy, etc, in your diet so personally I wouldn't use this supplement.
Vit K2-MK7 is recommended at a dose of 90-100mcg for up to 10,000iu D3 so there that supplement has double that amount.
That's what I would do. In fact, 100mcg is enough for up to 10,000iu D3. I take 5,000iu D3 daily and as my K2-mk7 tablet is 200mcg I take that alternate days.
I wouldn't take anything that had calcium in it. Remember, taking vit D is going to increase your absorption of calcium from food. And, that's a very small amount of magnesium. That wouldn't do you much good. No, I definitely wouldn't take that.
