2WW and too much progesterone after FET?
Hi everyone, I had my egg transfer on Friday 21/1 and I have been put on 2 cyclogen pessaries, Lubion injection and 4 estradil valerate (think that’s how you spell it) tablets each day. I am so bloated and I have like a constant stomach ache that never seems to go so could this be too much progesterone

Is an ERA protocol (in terms of estrogen) fixed for your next transfer?
Hi all, I'm having a biopsy soon for combined ERA, uNK and microbiome testing, before doing any more transfers. I was a bit confused about protocols for this. My only FET was a natural/modified FET as my cycles and lining are ok naturally - so we used an ovulation trigger and progesterone (lubion injections

Progesterone levels for FET/prescription GP
On my last FET my levels on transfer day was 80. Just wondering if anyone knew what the optimal level was? Also, has anyone had progesterone prescribed through their GP in light of NICE guideline changes to prescribe progesterone on nhs after one or more miscarriages? I was thinking that if I was

Side effects after stopping progesterone at 12 weeks
Hi all.. just wondering if anyone has experience of this? I stopped progesterone 3 days ago and went for quite a long walk yesterday. Last night I had the most awful joint pain.. my wrists, my hips, ankles .. everything. I am sooo tired and I have a slight headache lurking in the background. The constipation

Hyper symptoms following one dose of Progesterone - how much do I lower levo?
My previous post provides more information, but I thought I'd ask a more specific question. I have hyper symptoms following one dose of Progesterone. I understand it can increase thyroid activity and I'm assuming this is what's happening. I have been sleepless since taking it and cannot afford to continue

Cannot find an answer to this!
I’m really struggling with perimenopausal hormone fluctuations. My thyroid levels are stable and have been for a while now, however at the beginning of my cycle when my protestors drops and oestrogen increases, I feel awful and it takes a couple of weeks to level out again. I had been using bioidential

Doing much better on synthetic than bio-identical HRT
Sorry if this question has been asked before. I have been on HRT for the past five years, now 52. The worst symptoms have been hot flushes day and night, profuse night sweats and mood swings. I first saw a functional doctor who put me on bio-identical HRT (Oestrogel and Utrogestan). I never experienced

8dp5dt + symptoms gone - Can I test whilst on hCG shots? #update
Hi all, I'm on my 8dp5dt (first transfer with 2 FETs), after a history of two miscarriages. The lab messed up big time and didn't have the PGT results ready on the day that the transfer was scheduled for, so the doctor went ahead and transferred 2 FE (5 day blastocysts) anyway. We later found out that

Test tomorrow - what about HRT?
Hi all. I’m having my Medichecks blood test done tomorrow morning. I stopped all supplements two weeks ago. I took my thyroxine as normal last night and won’t take any tonight. But what should I do about my HRT? Can I take that as normal this morning and tonight? I have progesterone, estrogen and testosterone

DHEA
I have a very low DHEA result and have been told to take a DHEA supplement. The same for Progesterone. This is in order to sort my Adrenals before I proceed on to NDT. Since I am post menopausal I am questioning the use of these hormones. Has anyone had any experience with these supplements?

2 chemical pregnancies in 3 month, low progesterone levels?
Hi ladies, after what I can describe as hell on earth last year I am finally feeling strong enough to ask for some advice/experience from you 💕 I've had 3 transfers (luckily only one ivf, as we had 12 embryos). My first transfer didn't stick. But last October and December I have had 2 transferred each

Progesterone to prevent miscarriage
Does anyone have experience of taking Cyclogest to prevent miscarriage? I’m 12 weeks pregnant through IVF and since my ‘natural’ progesterone level is basically zero I am really worried about coming off progesterone- which my IVF clinic has told me to do at this point. I’ve weaned down to just being

Bleed following chemical pregnancy
I found out earlier this week at my 7+3 scan that we likely had a chemical pregnancy. At the time I was having slight brown on wipe but told before that’s ok as it’s old blood. I then stopped all medication - prognova, oestrogen patches and progesterone pessaries. When should I expect my horrible bleed

DE Fail ❤️🩹
Just looking for some advice. Sorry for the long post. After being unsuccessful using my own eggs despite good grades all have been BFN. We were advised DE would be the best option for us. We’ve just had a BFN from our first DE transfer. Totally devastated. Not even a faint line. Our donor is 33years

Low progesterone after BFP?
Did anyone have low progesterone after BFP? My beta today is 250 9dp5dt but progesterone only 27 nmol/L. Doctor added duphaston for me to take, but I wonder if this is too low. It makes me so worried. I’m on 800mg Cyclogest (400mg*2) and 250mg prolutex IM every 3 days.
