Anxiety about all the immune based meds
HiIt looks like when I do an embryo transfer I will be on quite a large cocktail of medication. Recommendations for me are IVIG, steroids, clexane, asprin and intramuscular progesterone. I had an array of tests done which showed high NK cells and cytokines and an issue with the blood hence this medley

Estradiol levels high? and progesterone help!
Good morning! I'm 47, and have been on HRT for about 2 years. I have evorel 50 and 2 weeks of micronised progesterone every 12 weeks. I also have under active thyroid disease and have to have vitamin b12 injections, so some symptoms can get confused! HRT has managed hot flushes and other peri-specific

Progesterone amount after fresh transfer
Hi all, I'm taking 1200mg cyclogest. This was increased as I bled before OTD on a previous cycle. I've taken lubion as well before, but not in this cycle. I had my progesterone tested on day 3 after egg collection as I was worried I might be taking too much or too little and wanted to adjust it after

When did you stop progesterone?
Evening All, Would you be happy to share at what point you stopped progesterone and whether you stopped suddenly, or gradually reduced the dose? I think around 12 weeks seems to be standard, but I know some people are on for 16 weeks and some even longer. I’m in a sort of strange predicament as my

Noresthisterone
Hi I've been on norethisterone since January the 17th. They took it back off me recently and Wednesday last week I went on the progesterone only pill. I was on it three days and had a day of spotting. But yesterday Saturday I started a heavy bleed lots of clots. It's slowing down today. But has anyone

Anyone know the optimal progesterone range for day of FET? (Question for my sister!)
Hi lovely people, I hope you are all well. My sister finally had her only euploid embryo from several ICSI rounds transferred on Saturday. She is feeling a little stressed as her clinic prefers a progesterone level above 80 on the day of transfer and hers was 50 (supplements upped since). I’ve tried

Hormone therapy for Endometriosis
Hello, I hope you're all doing ok. I was wondering if anyone has any advice, tips or experience in hormone therapy for endometriosis. Long story short I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis 5 years ago, I had a lap in Dec 2018 to remove endometrioma and check my tubes. In Nov 2019 I had a bowel

Hcg dropped but no spotting or bleeding, when this should start?
As I said in my previous post, first beta at 12dp5dt came back positive with 191, I did the second beta at 14dp5dt and it came back 181 and I had a bad cramps the night before, so I assume I miscarried. As it was a natural modified cycle, the doctor asked me to stop the progesterone supplement, so it's

Early pregnancy, endo pain, missed miscarriages
I'm really hoping someone may be able to relate to this, or have some words of wisdom, because I'm at a loss... I have been pregnant three times (twice in the last nine months and once in 2018), all of which have ended as missed miscarriages at 8-10 weeks, with development having stopped at 6-8 weeks

Anybody on 200mg of oral Progesterone or Utrogestan?
Keen to know if anybody is taking 200mg and not 100mg of Utrogestan. Dose bumped up by private Endo. Not sure if it’s helping or making things worse. Thanks.

Progesterone Pessaries
I've have progesterone vaginal pessaries twice a day. On the day of embryo transfer is it ok to do this? I've seen online to do this rectally on transfer day. Has anyone been told not to do a vaginal pessary on the day of egg transfer? Also, the instructions in the cyclosene box don't say to lay down

blood test for progesterone?
We had ERA test & needed 150hours more of progesterone but the clinic didn’t do a blood test to measure progesterone levels- is this right? Is there a chance my body didn’t absorb the progesterone pessaries or injections?
