Is cramping a good or bad sign on day 11 post 3 day frozen embryo transfer?

Ive been much calmer this time because i did a day 3 frozen embryo transfer so no injections for eggs retrieval, only ovitrelle and progesterone tabs and estrogen. It is now day 11 post embryo transfer and im getting my blood test results tomorrow so very nervous as u can imagine. Today i felt very evident period pains /cramps so got so upset . But then hoorah no period came. Just a water discharge that looks like i peed my pants. Is anyone familiar with this and is this a good sign i may be pregnant? Its my 15th cycle in nearly 4 years. I know right? thats how much i want this. There is nothing wrong with the endemetrium size and the embryos are good quality i had them tested recently and frozen but still. Pls give me some hope anyone!!!

I had cramping throughout the TWW and lots of watery discharge at the beginning of my pregnancy so sounds positive to me! You’re very good to not have caved and done a test! Wishing you all the luck ✨

I have done 4 cycles and Everytime implanted. Soon after transfer on day 3 I get symptoms even this time also I had a feverish but not severe feeling followed by lot of sleepy,tired feeling and yawning nearly 10 times continuously . That's the first sign that embryo implanted.This is case with day 5 blastocyst with my experience 4 times. In your case u should get that kind of symptoms on day 5 or 6 even if u r using Aircon. After this stage you will see cramps not severe but unable to sleep on either side as u can sense something heavy in uterus due to implantation. Which is different from period cramps.Hope it helps.... But trust me these symptoms are sure positive implanting signs.
