Progesterone HRT and Heart Rate
Hello, I’m 51 and doc has recently put me on Evorel 75 and Utrogestan 100. I’ve been on them for 3 weeks now. Was on Femoston 1/10 for 2 years before this. My question is does the Utrogestan raise heart rate after I ovulate? I ovulated on Wednesday and since then I’m boiling hot and my resting heart

Frozen cycle timescale
My embryo transfer had to stop as my cervix was closed and booked in for hysteroscopy next week. Once that’s done I have to wait for my period. I’m guessing I will start progesterone again but what is the process and how long is the wait until transfer usually?

Natural FET this month
Hi all, I’m on CD4 and due to be having a natural FET this month after a freeze all in January. I had originally asked the clinic for progress scans to monitor ovulation because I’ve not used ovulation tests much in the past. But they’ve said they don’t routinely do them. Do you think it’s ok to just

Hello, i am wondering if anyone or anyones clinic has tested their progesterone levels after embryo transfer and maybe after positive pregnancy test and what would be the level to have a progression of pregnancy in IVF??? I read A STUDY that 14 dpo and positive pregnancy test should be above 300 nmol

What tests can I expect from first endocrinologist appointment?
Hi all, I’m on the waiting list to see endocrinologist on nhs, and also will be trying to conceive. I have Hashimotos. I know TSH will need to be under 2.5 for trying to conceive. What tests can I expect from the endocrinologist? Can I expect them to do a full thyroid panel including antibodies and T3

Can’t tolerate Progesterone
I would like to hear from folks who took progesterone and it made them feel more hypo or messed with their cortisol or made them feel unwell in any way.

New here!
I was referred here from a fb group. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism last year, I also have low adrenals. I assume those work together? I am wondering which doctor to choose next or just go it alone? I have had insomnia for about 12 years now. It gets especially bad around my monthly menses. I

Blood test- 9 days after FET
Hello I had an FET done on 2/24 and had a blood test done on 3/5. Our embryo was a 5 day blastocyst. My result came back negative and with my doctor’s direction stopped taking the progesterone in oil and the estrogen. My test was done 9 days after my transfer. Most post I am reading talk about 2 weeks

6 weeks following FET, no symptoms
Hi everyone! I know I probably sound like a crazy person but I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this? I should be 6 + 1 today I have my viability scan on Thursday and I just can’t help but fear the worst. I really don’t feel much different. And anything I have felt has been so mild I feel

If Progesterone only contraception is so much safer than Combined Hormonal contraception, that why use CHC at all?
I've browsed through the FSRH UK medical eligibility criteria and POP has less restrictions than CHC at every medical condition. I understand that CHC deals with pain, PMS and amount of bleeding, other than cases where these are severe issues, why would anyone recommend CHC?

Will go off progesterone at 12 weeks—what is it like?
Hello! I am still more than three weeks away from doing this, but I've started to think about it. I've been taking estrogen tablets, progesterone pessaries and nightly progesterone shots since the start of this pregnancy and am now 8w2d pregnant. We saw the little shrimp on Monday and heard a normal

Everol Conti Patches bleeding
This is my first post, so appreciate any advice you can give please. I am 53 and have been on Everol Conti patches for 6 months but am experiencing regular breakthrough bleeds (most recent and longest is bleeding since mid January albeit very light). I was previously on the Sequi patches with progesterone

So I tested yesterday at 5dp5dt (mid morning) and today at 6dp5dt. I wasn’t feeling

Newly Diagnosed + New Hormones
So after years of symptoms I finally had surgery in Jan 2021 where I had confirmation I do have Endometriosis.....what a relief! The surgery removed all the endometriosis (ovaries, fallopian tubes, bowel). I was on a double dose of progesterone pre surgery for 3 years(ish) and I have now come off this
