What was your first 2WW symptom?
I’m 4dp3dt and I’m already symptom spotting like crazy. So far I’ve had … hot sore boobs Watery discharge that felt a bit like I’d wet myself ( TMI, sorry) Waking up to wee in the night Feeling super hungry and slightly nauseous until I’ve eaten I know that it could all be nothing or a result of

Continuing on progesterone beyond 14 weeks pregnant
I was diagnosed with an incompetent cervix following 2 pregnancy losses. I have had stitches put in and I am currently 14 weeks pregnant with my most recent ivf attempt. I have been told to stop prontogest which is the intramuscular injection and only carry on with one cyclogest pessary a day. I wanted

FET an hour late and painful
I had my 4th transfer last week, 3rd frozen, I was supposed to be in at 4 and was kept waiting till 5, by which time I was really uncomfortable thanks to a full bladder and not knowing how long we’d wait. I’m worried because they tell you timing is really important for when you take the first progesterone

I am 57 and have been on Tibolone 2.5 for 3 years and my recent bloods show: PROGESTERONE 0.5 nmol/L, TESTOSTERONE <0.4 nmol/L, PROLACTIN * 627 mIU/L, 17-Beta OESTRADIOL <44 pmol/L. They said my estrogen was unreadable as it was that low it was under the level to read. I have started Evorel Conti

Low PAPP-A - any experiences?
Hello everyone, today I received a blood test result back that my PAPP-A is only 0.28 - I believe they ideally like it to be around 1 and anything below 0.4 is flagged as a concern. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, what your outcomes have been and any advice. Also if anyone knows where

Drop in progesterone after FET
I just had my first double embryo transfer. This is #8 and 9 (excluding one that worked 4 years ago). My story is the same every time. I take lentogest, crinone, cyclogest for progesterone. My first level done on the day of transfer is always in the 60’s so they increase to 3 cyclogest suppositories

Newbie needing help to understand blood results.
I had the remaining half of my thyroid removed at the end of august last year due to a non malignant tumour. (First half 10 years ago for same reason) I live in Spain and am under the care of a private endocrinologist. I was immediately started on 100mg of levothyroxine (brand Eutirox) and calcium

Should my progesterone levels be tested?? Are pessaries working?
It’s been a while, but after “getting over” our miscarriage we decided to go again for our 4 round! Everything has gone ok so far, could be better but not complaining, we are just starting our 2ww and I have been ok up to now and quite positive about things but it seems every time I get to this stage

Anyone taking a 5ARI (dutasteride/finasteride) with Abiraterone?
I haven't really seen anything on this since Patrick (pjoshea13) had written about it a few years ago: https://healthunlocked.com/advanced-prostate-cancer/posts/139885449/dutasteride-avodart-abiraterone-zytiga Has anyone discussed it with their docs? I plan to, later this week. I guess a few small trials

12 week scan transvaginal?
Hi, our little miracle has been conceived via IVF and I’m currently on high levels of progesterone. In the last two private scans (prior to 12 weeks) I have attended, the sonographer’s have not been able to see anything via the tummy because of a gassy bowel caused by the medication. This meant both

Hormones
Sorry for constantly posting but no where else to turn. Does anyone know Is there any specialist I can go to who specialise in B12 in the Essex (England) area, I just need some guidance as I feel like I’m sinking in all the information and trying to treat myself, am finding it so complicated to know

Light headed, pins and needles, headaches
Hi Struggling with light headedness for several months and my tinnitus has got louder … or maybe I’m just not coping as well with it! Pins and needles in my hands and underlying headaches. I feel a bit ‘foggy’. I’m currently on 75mcg/100mcg Levothyroxene on alternate days, plus 15mcg Liothyronine

2 week wait and covid
Hi all. I had my FET on 19.01 and I have just tested positive for covid. 😬 It was bound to happen as I work in a primary school and we are really struggling with the number of cases at the moment. I feel fine, a bit tired but I put it down to progesterone. No symptoms apart from occasional sneeze.

Stopped Progesterone 12 Weeks - Progesterone Dropping
Hi everyone, My wife had her progesterone dose reduced for a few days and then stopped (12 weeks). On the last bloodwork before reducing the dose her progesterone level was 57. On Wednesday, after 5 days of reduced dosage, it had dropped to 35. This is scary to me as that is a big drop and since now

2nd op/Prostap/Provera - which to choose ..?
Hello everyone, I am hoping for a bit of help/advice on behalf of my 19-year old daughter, who, after having a laperascopy a year ago to drain her ovarian cysts, has been told they are filling up again. She has been given the option of progesterone treatment (provera), Prostap for 1 year, or surgery

Cyclogest and Lubion
Hi all If you’ve been prescribed cyclogest and lubion please could you let me know your dosage? I was told a few weeks ago that I’d be on cyclogest twice a day but now they are saying they get better outcomes with lubion so are recommending that instead. I’m thinking of suggesting taking both? I’ve

I’m now 45 , but my egg younger , however
