**Sensitive** BFP with DE embryo
What a rollercoaster!! OTD was Saturday and was so relieved to see a strong set of positive lines. Tested on 3 different tests at 3am…classic early waking 😆. It’s our 3rd DE transfer. Had a 5AB and 4BB transferred. And now praying that our little one stays put and keeps going. Obviously I have zero

Having a melt down. FET due Friday 25th and partner has tested positive for Covid tonight.
Honestly sometimes feel like the universe is trying to tell me something! Soo fed up! This FET has gone sooo smoothly I couldn't believe it, I knew it was too good to be true. Tonight my partner said he felt a bit rough so as a precaution did a LFT and it's positive. We are both nurses that have worked

Heavy Bleeding 8dp5dt
Hello, Over the weekend I've had really heavy bleeding around 8dp5dt. I am taking 400mg cyclogest three times a day. When the bleeding started on Friday or was a brown discharge colour (sorry for the information!) so I assumed it was implantation bleeding and didn't call the clinic. I then did a pregnancy

Faint line - what to ask clinic. Progesterone levels? Anything else?
Hi all, In case these faint lines are my pregnancy struggling, I want to make sure it has every chance of not resulting in an early miscarriage. Is there anything I can ask my clinic to test for to check we are doing all we can for it? Progesterone levels is the only thing I can think of. And getting

Sequential Utrogestan
Hi all wonder if anyone can help. I started HRT last June. I’d been taking the progesterone only pill cerazette for years, so at age 53 I had not had a period for over 10 yrs. GP said to use the utrogestan 100mg every night. Stopped taking the cerazette. In September I started with some light spotting

The Neuroendocrine Connection
Adrenal hormones, sex hormones, and neurotransmitters are functionally interrelated. Changes in sex hormones and adrenal hormones can lead to neurotransmitter imbalances. In turn, neurotransmitter imbalances can affect hormone function. The following tests are recommended to establish your baseline.

What day is FET usually done?
I only have a few days to wait as I have my day 10 scan on Friday 18th March but I also have a big exam due the following week Thursday 24th March. So I am trying to figure out roughly how long after the day 10 scan and the start of the progesterone (I am presuming that will start the day after the

Progesterone too low?
Managed to get my progesterone level checked yesterday straight after transfer and they said its at 56. They said it should be at least 50. This is with one Lubion and 3 cylogest per day. I'm shocked it's not higher and they won't up any more meds 😔 should I push for more or is this a sufficient amount

Cyclogest or utrogestan??
Hi all, it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here. We are currently pursuing egg donation and are hopefully going to be matched with a donor very soon! 🤞🏼🤞🏼 It may seem a silly question but our clinics pharmacy has prescribed us utrogestan and estradiol for my progesterone and estrogen medicine

Well the day is here and it’s been one hell of a morning. After bleeding brown last night then more this morning then the syringe being a dick when we tried to do the prolutex. Stopping Progesterone
Hello, I have had a fresh embryo transfer and I was told to stop taking progesterone pessaries on the day of my pregnancy test whether it is a BFP or BFN. Everything else I read says to continue taking progesterone for up to 12 weeks of pregnancy. I only have enough pessaries for a few days post testing

Implantation Clinic results
So today I heard back (at last 🎉🎉 😂) about the results of the 'one-stop-shop' tests which I wanted to do before we transfer our last frozen embryos. I THINK it's probably good news overall..? My microbiome tests were fine so no recommendations for antibiotics or special supplements for the vaginal

Unexpected freeze all. How long till frozen transfer?
Hi, wondering if anyone can help me with timelines for a frozen transfer after egg collection? I went for my egg collection yesterday and we retrieved 9 eggs. I was told my progesterone was too high to go ahead with a fresh 5 day transfer as planned. They said they would only do a fresh transfer if we

Progesterone injection side affects
Hi all 👋🏼 I wonder has anyone experienced really tender and sore skin down the tops of their legs after the progesterone injections? My clinic have kind of fobbed me off with “if it gets worse tell us again” but it’s affecting my sleep and is really quite painful. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance xx
