As I said in my previous post, first beta at 12dp5dt came back positive with 191, I did the second beta at 14dp5dt and it came back 181 and I had a bad cramps the night before, so I assume I miscarried. As it was a natural modified cycle, the doctor asked me to stop the progesterone supplement, so it's been 24 hours since I did stop that.
The thing is I didn't bleed or even had spotting at all, I thought normally I should have at least pass some clots, but nothing, the cramps aren't bad anymore but I'm sad, I want to be over with this as it tortured me mentally.
When did you started bleeding after having an early miscarriage?

I’m so sorry you’re going through this! It’s the worst and nothing anyone says can make what your going through any easier! When I miscarried I was 7.5 weeks we found out through two scans that there was no heartbeat. I was told to stop meds and bleed could take up to 10 days after stopping the progesterone (apparently progesterone helps prevent bleeding/periods or something like that), so we opted for medicated route (Misoprostol) to begin with to speed up the process. Are they going to scan you?
I hope you get answers or movement on this asap! I know the feeling! I was the same, it is like you just keep getting punched over and over while you’re already knocked down! Not that I can do much but if you wanted to vent I’m here and you can PM me! Thinking of you and again I’m so sorry x
I am so, so sorry you're going through this. My heart really goes out to you, especially because I have been there. This sounds very similar to one of the miscarriages that I had. I got the positive but then the numbers did not climb. For me, it took a few days or maybe a week to start after I stopped the progesterone. x
so sorry you’re going through this as others said the progesterone is what kept you from bleeding, once it’s stopped it should take anywhere from 3-7 days for you to start bleeding. It will happen don’t worry xx
