Weight loss on intermittent fasting even better than my last post 3 years ago!
Hi all, I haven’t been on here for 3 years now but the reason we are all members of this site is because we want help with our thyroid issues, so I decided to log back on and share my progress with you. I took up intermittent fasting a few years ago and was blown away with the results as I was at

Arthritis Pain, what is the best medicine to take.
I have Afib, on Flecainide for that and
Crestor
, Zoloft, Idaprex for b/p, so being on all these tablets I do not like taking Mobic for pain and wondering if anyone could suggest a tablet that won’t interfer with all my medications, thank you very much.

Cystocele/Rectocele repair all done
I'm almost 6 weeks after my repair surgery. Recovery not to bad. First two weeks I was warned were crucial and told not to do anything except rest, which I did. Luckily we had hot sunny weather so I literally layed outside sunbathing in-between medication, meals and sleeping. No pain as I kept taking

5.5 years Lupron/Zytiga, still <.01. Just a good story to share on Prostate Cancer
(Lipitor 20mg gave him leg pain, switched to
Crestor
5mg). He did 20+ sessions of radiation. PSA dropped to "undetectable" in 2 months and stayed there). In 2020 he reduced his Zytiga to 2 pills, 500mg a day, because he hates "horse pills", but knows it's working.

New RLS member
The only health condition I have is high cholesterol and do take following meds: Zeta- .5mg
Crestor
- .5mg Baby aspirin- Fish oil omega3- 1000mg Vit D3 CoQ 10- 100mg I know that cholesterol meds can exacerbate RLS but .5mg is a very low dose. Had an Iron Ferritin test last year of 103.

Which statin to take with Nubeqa/Darolutamide? Pitivastatin or a different statin?
It says that
Crestor
and Lipitor (and other statins) can accumulate and cause problems/side effects. Looks like Lipitor is better, with Nubeqa, than
Crestor
. However, they list Lipitor as a potential interaction as well.

OA in hip and right shoulder
I've tried Voltaren, Duloxetine ( which did not stop the pain) Aleve, Tylenol, shot in the hip. I really don't want surgery, I'm 69. I even tried castor oil poultice.Id like just like to manage pain at night so I can sleep.... During the day when I'm up I can deal but nights are the worst.

An update on my husband’s battle with RLS
Do you think the reduction in
is helping him or did the 3rd infusion finally give him enough iron in his brain to help with the RLS?

How food additives can perhaps affect us: a chocolate story.
I can eat Galaxy chocolate. No problem, and it doesn't trigger my IBS. The other day I ate a Galaxy Ripple bar instead of the ordinary block chocolate. I thought nothing of it, just thought it would be the same as the block chocolate. But it affected my bowel movements the next day, and there

Conflict between urine microalbumin and creatinine levels
I am on
Crestor
10mg since 2007 with controlled lipid profile except HDL around 40mg/dl, also on Telmisartan 40mg since 2010 which reduced urine microalbumin from 50 to 26 mcg/l. I am a neither diabetic nor hypertensive.
