Been looking for list or chart or something comparing enzalutemide, darolutamide & apalutemide with no success. So, I came up with my own. I am sure this is not complete. Please feel free to suggest edits. Thanks.

Apalutamide - take w/ or w/out food; once daily

- half life 3 days

- moderate CNS penetration

Enzalutemide - w/ or w/out food; once daily

- longest half life (6 - 8 days)

- highest % of fatigue, falls, seizures (greatest CNS penetration), constipation

- potential increase potency of statins

Darolutamide - w/food; twice daily

- 20 hr. half life

- highest binding affinity to androgen receptors

- lower CNS penetration (potentially less brain fog?)

- less drug interactions

- lower % of fatigue, falls, rash, seizure

- potential increase potency of statins, esp. Crestor

This isn't a direct answer but consider getting Provigil, a medication that has helped me with fatigue and focus.
