I have extensive RLS of all body parts, which is making my life hell. I saw within the past 3 months, a post by an RLS patient that he has been able to control effectively RLS by using Castor oil pads. But, I have not been able to locate the post due to my limitations, I would appreciate it if any member could locate it for me.

Thank you for asking this question.

I share your pain re RLS. I to have most body parts twitching jerking carrying on at night - absolute nightmare.

The drug from hell was Rx

Pramipexol!!! I hate it but

It's the only thing I've found that works.

I'm investigating castor oil now.

I have successfully stoped my RLS for two years by taking TruNiagen made by Chromadex. It is nicotinamide Riboside a form of b3. Research it because it works

I started with 1x 300mg daily . It took about 2 weeks to see slight change so increased to 2 x 300mg daily and RLS was gone I now alternate between 399 and 600 because it is expensive along with my other PD supplements.
