An update on my husband’s battle with RLS
Do you think the reduction in
is helping him or did the 3rd infusion finally give him enough iron in his brain to help with the RLS?

How food additives can perhaps affect us: a chocolate story.
I can eat Galaxy chocolate. No problem, and it doesn't trigger my IBS. The other day I ate a Galaxy Ripple bar instead of the ordinary block chocolate. I thought nothing of it, just thought it would be the same as the block chocolate. But it affected my bowel movements the next day, and there

Conflict between urine microalbumin and creatinine levels
I am on
Crestor
10mg since 2007 with controlled lipid profile except HDL around 40mg/dl, also on Telmisartan 40mg since 2010 which reduced urine microalbumin from 50 to 26 mcg/l. I am a neither diabetic nor hypertensive.

Gentle liver flush - any benefits?
Hi All I've been reading about the link between hypothyroid and liver. I have decided to do a gentle detox. This involves castor oil on a cloth and a hot water bottle and lying it on the liver region for about 45 minutes. I've do it two days in a row. I just wondered if anyone else has done this and

Rosuvastatin/Crestor
I had high cholesterol of 5.8 and high blood pressure, was put on atorvastatin, which gave me terrible side effects, had to come off it, was put on 5mg Rosuvastatin, had a little nausea and dizziness first two weeks, then nothing, no side effects at all now, very happy, I know a few people on rosuvastatin

Does Everyone With CKD Have to be on a Statin?
My cholesterol profile was never an issue before I went on
Crestor
, and is just fine now, so my question is do I really have to stay on this drug, I really don't like that I am taking a drug that I believe is doing damage to my kidneys.

Thybon Henning doesn’t contain acacia?!
Sharing for info but also a question around changes to formulation. I’ve recently had my T3 increased which meant moving to Thybon Henning 20s. Since I’m allergic to acacia, I set about trying to find out if it contained it. I spoke to 2 pharmacies (SmartWay and Roseseway Labs) as well as doing my

JOY TO THE WORLD. The berberine has come 👐⚡️😮🗣🏃♀️🌈
I did filll my prescription for
Crestor
(a statin) and stared at the bottle religiously every morning, but did not take it. The studies with Berberine claimed this would happen. The studies also claim it will help build up our pathetic D2 receptors and beat down the excitatory D1 receptors.

Glans Problems
I got circumcised on the 24th Dec healing went well but I've developed a red rash on my glans that will not go away. I've been using castor oil as it feels very dry on occasions. To me it feels like new skin is growing on the glans. Has anyone else experienced this or do I need too see a Dr for some
