NHS - Holistic Day Service Programme
I think it involves relaxation, coping,
counselling
and massage. I will attend a Monday, Wednesday, Friday and then you go for a follow up day 6 weeks later. If anyone has attended this please can you give me a bit of insight into whether you found it beneficial or not.

Continuing Journey
I have over the last seven years begun the
counselling
journey and have got up to Year 2 of Level 4. During my last year of Level 4 I contracted encephalitis just before the exams and am now re-taking the second year.

I am a bit lost
I have been doing counseling and taking increasing doses and different types of drugs for depression and anxiety. Recently I have been increasing doses of ADD medication, which does seem to help me focus some instead of being so scatter-brained. But I still have the nervous tremors, bouncing legs, and

Exhausted Mom
My 8 year old son has ADHD. As his pediatrician stated, after reviewing his school's assessment and required paperwork and her own assessment, he is "off the charts" ADHD. Being a single mom to two very active small boys I had enrolled us in family counseling. It was stated that they believed my son

I am new here...
I have always been a fairly bubbly, very shy until you get to know me and am comfortable, happy, "go lucky" kind of person. And this year I switched schools and I think it has caused those traits to fade away. So a bit of a backstory: I had gone to the same, very small, private school for 5 years. And

Tips for Engaging School G.C.?
So, my daughter was just recently diagnosed by pediatrician as ADHD-Inattentive. I am working to gather my resources and figure out counseling and medication for her. The part that is throwing me for a loop is how I should engage her school on this? The initial suggestion to look into ADHD came from

DEPRESSION
My depression/anxiety is making me want to scream ! I do not feel sorry for myself. I am not saying "Why me?" I just want to feel normal again, not so emotionally vulnerable, I am not striving to be HAPPY I just want to be able to get back to a comfortable place and a general feeling of well being

Am I suffering anxiety?
I had
counselling
which helped me to move on from this. In January this year I was sat on my couch and randomly started to feel a burning sensation in my head, I immediately freaked out and thought I was having a stroke or something sinister.

Suffering from Anxiety
Hi my name is Carla just little bit over a week ago I suffered anxiety attack. I couldn't leave the house I felt so debilitated and robbed from just functioning normal so I made appointment with the doctor and also sought counseling along with medication. I never thought I would ever come to point in

Living without Medication (Just)
I have also began
counselling
again which is helping me, but often feel like it's very hard to put my true feelings across, i always believe that unless you are going through it yourself you can't possibly know just how bad someone with Mental health issues can feel.

Is anyone else living with pericarditis?
I got no support or
counselling
afterwards, but feel like I've got a death sentence over me all the time. Does anyone else feel like this, or can suggest any help networks?

Radiation hazard
I don't understand why it is not explained outright at the time of pre surgical
counselling
? Is it standard practice all over world not to explain about radiation hazards at the time of surgery itself ?

Counselling Implies I need to be different Person.
Ive been having
counselling
for a few weeks and started 'mindfullness' yesterday and it's really messing with my already 'washing machine' like brain. They seem to be saying that I have to change who I am and put myself first! to look after myself.
