Metformin will interfere with B12, so you need even more additional B12 when taking it. Don't know about any other interactions, sorry. Choline or phosphatidyl choline is good for fatty liver. Phosphatidylserine might work or might not - it's good for depression, brain fog and improving cell signalling (you can get enough from diet if you are not veggie and don't eat low fat). It worked for me when I first took it, but if I take it now, I get insomnia. Don't know what is in HPA adapt, so can't help with that. CoQ10 is usually given for heart problems but also helps with gum disease and egg quality (so good for PCOS) and could help you get pregnant.
Usually, metformin is contraindicated if you have liver or kidney problems.
Just thought I should mention... Phosphatidylserine is used by some people to lower cortisol. This could be good if you have high cortisol, not so good if yours is already low.
My endo did a 8 am cortisol test and it showed 14 as the value. My naturopath said that 1 single test was nt enough to prove the cortisol in levels and need saliva test but she went ahead and gave phospatidyslerine
