I've been taking it for years with hydroxy and have had no problems with it. It is essential to take Q10 when on statins and it helps with energy production.
Are you taking hydroxy with or without food
Q10 has been a game changer for me & I really notice the difference if I don't take it . It’s the one thing that I have in reserve so that I never run out
