Hot flashes

Have been jogging along quite happily taking 125mcg of Levo and various supplements ie B12, D3,CoQ10 etc. But these last couple of weeks have been experiencing headaches and hot flashes during the night and sometimes during the day. Although not today when I could do with a couple!

Are there any supplements which could have these side effects?
