Hi,

I have pcos and insulin resistance.I am on metformin 500.My acupunturist suggested to add Inositol and Coq10.Can I take all these 3 togther? Do they have interaction and will it affect liver?

Also I found B12 levels decreased from 620 to 500 after taking metformin.How much b12 can i take to up my levels?

Hi i was told by fertility doc to try inofoloic it has inistoil in it. Its not lile gps to recommend the kind of alternative methods but they did. I would try that

DId you tell your acupuncturist you were on metformin ? Inositol I have heard good things about, cannot comment on Coq10 though as not familiar.

You ought to run it past your GP really for confirmation if you are concerned.
