Been off statins for about 8 weeks now and started to feel better, All muscular and joint pains are a whole lot better, started to take C0 q10 and ABCplus but started to get stomach pains which is a common side effect from

but feel so so tired and drained all the time, now waiting for my cholesterol

Is it too soon to get excited?
Hi, well at last, after all these years, I am tolerating a statin. I honestly feel like I have won the lottery! I know it is only 10mg but it is more than I have ever been able to tolerate in the past and all because of the help I have received from this site, so a BIG thank you! AM - No Flush Niacin

Has anyone tried liquid CoQ10? I found a Pharmaceutical Grade Clinical Strength (100 mg) at Costco. Brand name is Qunol Liquid CoQ10.
It is supposed to have "superior absorption" compared to regular
CoQ10
. I know I read somewhere that it was promising for Parkinson's but nothing conclusive. Thoughts/Comments?

I wanna new Drug (one that won't make me sick)
You said it Huey; one that won't make me crash my car or make me feel three feet thick. Sounds like Mr. Lewis had some knowledge of Parkinson's drugs. MIRAPEX a nonergot dopamine agonist, was the first drug prescribed for me.Side effects include: extreme drowsiness, falling asleep suddenly, even

Muscle cramps/pain
This is why I take
CoQ10
and Vitamins C and E, but I'm afraid my PD predates the time I started taking these supplements."

CO Q10
Does anyone in the UK know where is the best and cheapest place to get CO Q10 tablets from .I went in to Boots Chemist and could not believe how expensive they were. Quite a few people appear to have good results from them. I wondered whether any of the companies who are always sending me booklets

Is there an Alternative to Conventional Meds?
CoQ10
a ‘nutrient’ that has been used to reduce steroid dependency.( I know about this therapy in relation to improving exercise performance but not asthma) Both treatments are able to be taken alongside with antibiotics and steroids.

Has anyone had a change in their migraines after another illness?
I had a severe episode of flu which lasted about 5 weeks and since then I've been having more than one migraine a week, whereas I used to have about one a month. Does anyone know of anything that can help? I'm taking Co-Q10 and Vitamin B2 but there has been no change. Thanks.

Inflammatory Disease? Cut back on some of certain foods can help.
¦Add
coQ10
to your daily regimen: 60-100 milligrams of a softgel form taken with your largest meal. ¦If you are prone to metabolic syndrome, take alpha-lipoic acid, 100 to 400 milligrams a day.
