On Emphysema, Vitamins and...
I'm writing today to give just a small amount of input on a couple of vitamins/supplements that I've had direct experience with and which I know have had a positive effect on my emphysema;
CoQ10
and Fish Oil are two that I can attest to having made an appreciable difference in my condition.

Hi all, we're starting our second and final round of IVF in 2 weeks and so I've started taking my pre-pregnancy vitamins and also DHA and
CoQ10
again. However I read last night in 'it starts with the egg' that to get the benefit of the
coq10
to improve egg quality it can take up to 4 months.

Heart Health - The Truth on Diet
I only take a baby aspirin and vitamin D, and
coQ10
enzyme daily. I feel reinvigorated, am in the best shape of my life, and had to buy an entirely new wardrobe. It is much easier to shop for clothes when everything fits perfectly.

Egg quality advice
Have people also taken
coq10
and melatonin and any other antioxidants to improve egg quality? I take general conception support tablets but want to enhance my vitamin intake this time.

Antioxidants, spasticity, fatigue, depression, spasms.
Folks. So, I went through a huge depression. I just didn't care about anything. I even got fired from my job, still don't care. I'll get my union to sue for wrongful dismissal. It was all a struggle, and I just didn't care about anything. Felt like I'd gone over a precipice, the spasticity

I don't trust these statin drugs
Taking Lipitor for 3 months, leg aches reported to Doctor,he said add
CoQ10
and keep taking. Went for check up yesterday, blood work shows enzymes elevated, now he suggests an ultra sound. Everything I have read says these levels should return to normal after the Lipitor is stopped.

CoQ10 & time of day
I have been taking
CoQ10
in the evenings, before bed actually. And I don't know how others take it how much and what time of day or anything. I never feel any effect from it. It was touted as good for metabolism for PWP. Who takes it in large doses and what is it's effect? I am taking 200 mg.

CoQ10 (ubiquinone).
I've just come across an article, that suggests that a
CoQ10
deficiency has been identified in SCA cases where no genetic cause has been identified (me). As far as I know, my
CoQ10
levels were not tested (but they might have been).
