ABCD2/3 Upregulation.

Since I started on the Valproic Acid (with zero side effects, I'll add), it's sent me on a journey to do nothing short of cure myself.

But, now I am on the Valproic Acid, which I'm going to up the dose to the maximum, I've been reading up on upregulating my ABCD2/3 genes.

This is not fantasy, a lot of scientific fact out there.

I am convinced a combination of drugs can upregulate my ABCD2/3 genes, hopefully lowering my VLCFA levels.

The antioxidants can go a long way to reducing the inflammation that the VLCFA's cause.

The mitochondrial nutrients can prevent further damage.

Some of the newer analogues of Coenzyme Q10 really penetrate into your Mitochondria.

I have already started down this road. No going back.

When you consider that initially my neurologist prescribed Baclofen and Valium, I have come a long, long way. Every new drug I have been prescribed, I had to push for. Again and again.

The rest I order online. Thank god mod4all is back online.

That's about it, folks. I refuse to wait around for some cure that isn't likely to happen. I'll do it myself.

Hi monkey bus how are you getting on with mod4all only I have placed a new order using pay pal and every now and again I get an email saying they are sorting it out but up to yet nothing I was just wondering how you were getting on as with you already taking it you need a constant supply could you let me know please.

Yes they have taken the money out of the pay pal account the last contact will be a week tomorrow then they said they were looking into it and would send some more regardless but nothing up to yet and it is now nearly 3 weeks so I am hoping.

hi monkeybus, you posted this about 2 months ago. Hows it going with the valporic acid? I talked to my neuro about it but she wanted to wait and wouldn't give it to me. I went to mexico Friday and got modfinil and have taken it for 2 days now. the first day I took to much. todays not bad and for sone reason I haven't needed to take as much Vicodin through the day as usual. I don't know why but I'm not going to complain about that.

I've researched, and I'm taking to little Valproic acid. I'll dig out the scientific report.

I'll need more to properly do my six month trial. So I stopped.

I'll just get some from mod4all. Incidentally, I still have the Metformin I bought from them to upregulate my ABCD2. Haven't taken that yet.

I'm busy churning out our own clinical trial, all-in-one website resource for AMN. Not too sure how many people we could induce to donate to us, but a lot of these drugs to upregulate ABCD2 are so cheap, people can just empower themselves with information and get their own.

You just bought Modafinil OTC in Mexico? How much was it? What brand is it? What is the dosage per pill? How much is too much (that you took)?

I can't believe students take it to study (actually, I can). Modafinil is a fantastically powerful neurological medication. I've said before, if I was 100% healthy, I'm sure Modafinil would make me think that I could rule the world

I used to get a lot of headaches (probably AMN related), haven't had a single headache in the years I've been taking Modalert. And the spasticity, I can walk a lot better on Modafinil

Keep an eye on yourself, deengo , it really, really can make you mono-maniacal. Kills your appetite as well, I lost 15 kilos in one year. Doesn't bother me, the middle-age spread was kicking in, I was getting fat. Not now, I look like a supermodel (until I walk).

Going into hospital tomorrow for a week's worth of hormone tests. When I get out, I'll get stuck into the ABCD2 properly.
