New and looking for guidance
I am currently taking
COQ10
, Milk Thistle, Vit B12 and Methyl Folate. I was given Azilect by my doctor and took it for 2 weeks but stopped 5 days ago because it was making me feel worse and I had a vacation planned. Is it okay to take Mucuna Pruriens along with Azilect?

COQ10 AND COPD
I was recently told by a functional medicine doctor that 3.5grams of
Coq10
would help my breathing. Has anyone tried this ?

Is CoQ10 or Ubiquinol Helpful
What do members think about supplementing with
CoQ10
(for under 30-year old people) or Ubiquinol (for over 30-year olds)? I read Dr Mercola's article on this (sorry don't yet know how to post a link) and it sounds a possible solution to fatigue etc.

Migraine Summit Notes - lots of great advice
- He also recommends: B2, magnesium,
COq10
, Cefaly, TENS unit, GammeCore. - Studies are mixed on whether acupuncture works. - Believes CGRP will be revolutionary.

CoQ10 and Spinocerebellar Ataxias
CoQ10
showed some minor benefit in reducing symptoms especially in patients with SCA3, but it did not seem to impact disease progression. This was not a clinical trial; it was a study of patients who reported taking
CoQ10
on their own. As always, do NOT take something based on an internet post.

New to this forum
I'm also taking
COQ10
. Thank you for info on these. My neurologist doesn't say anything about vitamins helping either. Recently I've been waking up in the morning like my arms are still asleep. Tingling. I had this just in my index finger for about a year but now it's in my hands and forarms.
