Hi I used it this round for me and my other half x I had 4 blasts this time (previous cycle nothing made it to blast) and his sample was much better than they did half ivf and half icsi (only ever icsi before) x it's worth a go as I've read lots on it being good !

I used it this cycle and my egg/embryo quality was better but I also made other changes too so not sure if it was just these or a combination of everything I changed it was the ubiquonal (think that's how you spell

It) version as I got the wrong one first which I think was ubiquone. I followed this advice from the book it starts with the egg amongst other things and this cycle I had better quality and one to freeze which I didn't get last time. Currently half way through the two week wait. Good luck with your cycle xx

Thank you Nyko ! Will keep fingers crossed for you! Xx

I'm the same as Nyko. Not sure if it changed my egg quality or if that was the change to my drug protocol but I certainly had three times as many mature eggs. It's worth taking in my view as it certainly didn't do any harm. You need the ones like nyko says, the pure form of ubiquinol not the cq10 which your body finds harder to use.

Thank you all ! Just realised that I got the wrong coq10. The H & B I think are just the normal supplement foods . And ordered pure ubiquinol 100mg from healthspan . Also waiting for DHEA supplements package ! Hope this time I get lucky !

What dose has your doctor recommended you to take, 100mg? Mine has recommended 150mg but I can't get the 50mg one.

Initially they told me to take 50-75mg of DHEA. After doing some reasearch I found about coq10. I called them and they said to take normal dosage, But what is the normal I don't know :( I'm thinking to take 100x 2 daily

I'm not sure. My fertility doctor has recommended Coq10 150mg, Omega 3 1000mg and folic acid 5mg daily.
