electric toothbrush, and Trigeminal Neuralgia
hello everyone, does anyone use an electric toothbrush and they also have trigeminal neuralgia?, I stopped using my electric toothbrush in fear of the pressure causing/triggering the pain. Now I feel as though my teeth are not as clean.

low stomach acid
Post from lady on here earlier caught my attention and I wonder if any of you knowledgable people can throw some light on this? I done the home test - some baking soda & water first thing and no burp at all which indicates low stomach acid. Thankfully I do not have discomfort but I’m concerned about

Is a massage ok with PMR etc?
I have PMR (on 5mg currently) and also have pain on walking caused by spinal stenosis/ degeneration of lumbar spine and left hip etc. I also had a steroid injection a while back for bursitis in my right hip. My daughter would like to give me a massage as a Mothers’s Day gift and I’d love to have one

Newly diagnosed
I've always 'suffered' with periods that are heavier or more painful than my peers since the age of 11. Now at 33, they have been noticeable worse for around the last 3/4 years. I've experienced: -Terrible period pains, scaling from typical 'bad' pains to extreme where I'm in excruciating pain (doubled

Questions about TSH and advice on results over the past year much appreciated
Hi everybody, I've posted several times lately and I just wanted to ask for advice on thyroid related issues. I had COVID 3 times from June 22 - Jan 23 and was symptomatic each time. I did have a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia in 2018 but had been feeling a lot better in 2020 until I got COVID. Above

Recap on Intense pain post
I’ve had a CT in Fall of 2019 indicating a couple of bulging discs. Spinal stenosis, s curve scoliosis. I’ve tried chiropractic treatments as well as acupuncture, acupressure and meditate several times a day. I’ve been cautioned by my primary care physician who has a DO ( osteopathic medical degree).

No period ever
hi everyone, Thank you for always being such a supportive community. I have been going through IVF because of unexplained fertility, mainly I just don’t get my period. I am an avid runner but not underweight. It seems my estrogen is always on the low side and I just don’t have cycles or ovulate. I

Nicotine Patch helps immensely.
For the last week, I’ve been wearing a 7mg nicotine patch with amazing results. Almost every night since I’ve slept through the night. My symptoms have improved, I have a much better sense of wellbeing. Nicotine has been known for years for its medicinal properties. Eggplant has the second most nicotine

Alvesco 160
Hi. the doctor changed my inhaler to Alvesco 160, one dose twice a day. Does anyone of you have experience with this inhaler? How long does it take for the inhaler to start working? And I wonder if this is a sufficient dose if I have severe asthma? Thank you for all your replies. Regards
