Is copper coil a good method after depo provera?
I’ve had 2 depo provera shots and have recently become incredibly anxious and depressed (crying constantly for no real reason) which is really sad as I had been raving about the injection in the first 18 weeks. I’m looking into the copper coil as it has no hormones, can anyone recommend or let me know

Just diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, terrified
So I just got my A1C results back and it was 6.7. My doctor says that means it's not out of control yet but it is in the diabetes range. I am terrified. I also have high cholesterol (just barely in the high range). All other test results were normal ranges. I've always worried about my health but have

Running out of Endometriosis treatment options! Are there any more out there?
Hi all, I was diagnosed with endometriosis last May through a diagnostic laparoscopy, with Mirena coil inserted during the op. That has been found to not be sufficient enough alone to combat the endo that still remains and it’s started to grow back on one of my ovaries. They’ve found that my ovary is

Symptoms? Opinions/advice needed.
Hello, (Sorry for long post) I have been getting symptoms(?) for a while and was wondering if anyone had experienced the same and whether you had to push for further investigation. I have been to the doctor a couple of times for various symptoms who suggested I worried a lot and has booked me in for

Suspected endo - any advice?
Hey guys, Hope you are all keeping well. I've just had a consultation with a gynaecologist yesterday regarding some fibroids they found last year through an ultrasound. She was really lovely and empathetic, said she has similar issues herself and like me, didn't't get on too well with cerazette, which

A little help?
I’ve got endometriosis and I’m on pills for it. I don’t really know if this is making my mental health worse or I guess its just the normal amount I get? I don’t really know who to talk to about it since none of my friends have this condition nor they are on the pill for it. I don’t really feel comfortable

A little advice..
Hi all, I have no officially diagnosis, I am (NHS background) and self diagnosing. Since the age of 16 I have been on the pill due to uncontrollable pain, bleeding through clothing, missing school days because of the embarrassment and pain. Over the last 2 years I have experienced right sided pelvic

Prevention is better than cure
Vaccine distribution is going well. However, until there is stronger evidence it will control the outbreak there is no harm in reminding ourselves the only way to be sure is to limit contact with others. The government's slogan "behave as if you have the virus" should be "behave as if everyone you

Appointment - coil/pills
Hi guys, I’ve got my second gynae telephone appointment this evening. I know they’re going to want me to have the coil but I’m really reluctant to for a couple of reasons. 1. Even having a speculum for smear is very painful so I’m terrified insertion will be excruciating and 2. I’ve heard you can have

Menopause and the pill
Hi All. I’ve got a quick question. I’m 49 and taking the pill (I use it to mask symptoms of endometriosis) but am thinking of stopping it. I just wondered how I would know if I am nearing the menopause whilst taking it still. My GP practice nurse said I would just know (and that I would just know

Splitting T3 and storing them?
I've been using a pill cutter to split my 25mcg tiromel. I split up quite a few tablets at once and have been storing them in the pill cutter itself just so that they are ready to take when needed. I have only been on T3 for almost 4 weeks but not feeling much benefit at all. The only difference is that
