Is copper coil a good method after depo provera?

I’ve had 2 depo provera shots and have recently become incredibly anxious and depressed (crying constantly for no real reason) which is really sad as I had been raving about the injection in the first 18 weeks. I’m looking into the copper coil as it has no hormones, can anyone recommend or let me know their experience? Ive also tried 2 different types of contraceptive pills but both also gave me a hard time. Thank you!

I have recently made the switch from the depo to the coil. The procedure it’s self was a shock to the system as I haven’t had and periods or cramps for years so I never bleed heavy afterwards just had some discharge from the numbing jelly.

Everybody is different I would definitely make sure you do your homework on it to make sure it’s right for you also I would clear the rest of the day to let your body rest as I was pretty much wiped out afterwards. Xx
