First 5 Tibetan Rites (7x) since Covid
First little exercise workout on my journey to return from latest Covid setback, and it feels great. I got surprisingly pretty sweaty quickly, just with these 5 minutes, but I felt strong. So aerobic fitness has suffered a bit the last week whilst in bed, but muscle strength and flexibility is all

Dropped fron 22.5 prednisone to 20 three days ago and started having bad uti consequences. It must just be a consequence. See if Bactrim antibiotics works. Have you ever heard of this happening?

I was in two minds if to write this post as I know how difficult it is to read these updates if you are still struggling. and the fact that I am still in shock at a positive result. But I would also like to share a story of hope. So some of you will know my history, we had success on our second ICSI

Feeling despondent
Hi I last posted when I was waiting for my first biologic Imraldi which turned out to be Hyrimoz another bio similar. Before getting my first biologic injection on 7th June, rheumatology did in fact give me another steroid injection 80mg in the bum 19 days previously ! That eased thing’s slightly

vaginal estrogen and vag valium question
I was wondering if any of you lovely ladies are using both vaginal estrogen cream and vaginal valium suppositories. I'm supposed to insert a valium suppository every night (10mg) and I also insert 1 gram of estradiol cream three nights a week. I'm worried that the valium will keep the estrogen cream

Advice on increasing Pred for breathlessness and persistent cough
My GP told me that breathlessness is a symptom of PMR, so I can't seek her advice on how to manage this cough etc. Some people are saying that Eris Covid is around and it presents as a bad cough which does not show up as positive on home covid testing kits. I have had a persistent productive cough

Cold!
After doing the 20 min run on Saturday I rested Sunday. Haven't slept well for three nights now. Now I think I've got a cold. Headache, etc. Will rest with a short walk until Wednesday now. See how I feel then. Feeling very frustrated.

Flu vaccine
Thank you for your replies and concerns regarding the flu vaccine. However I was querying if people with underactive thyroid/Hashimotos need to be more aware of taking it.
