After doing the 20 min run on Saturday I rested Sunday. Haven't slept well for three nights now. Now I think I've got a cold. Headache, etc. Will rest with a short walk until Wednesday now. See how I feel then. Feeling very frustrated.

Don't be frustrated, rest and get better, take your time, it's really not worth trying to run when you are unwell and sleep deprived

Hi there. Same boat with the cold but feeling a tad less erked since receiving great advice on this forum. I can't answer yes to all key questions e.g. still feeling wobbly after daily activity? There are a lot of colds about at the moment. You’re doing exactly the right thing in resting up, frustrating as that might be! There’s a useful article linked in the post here that might help with knowing when you’re recovered enough to run again…
