Just a reminder that in the upcoming UK/Europe heat wave, you might want to refridgerate your b12, folic acid, b complex, and any sensitive meds. For pills, put them in a sealed plastic bag or box because moisture can degrade as well.
I learned this the hard way a few summers ago after losing a 100 pack of b12 and quite a few boxes of folic acid in a heatwave. I now refridgerate everything if it gets above 23C.
thanks to a thyroiduk thread for the reminder.

So it’s ok to refrigerate B12? I use cyanocobalamin. I just keep mine in dark cabinet in a room that doesn’t get hot, but if it’s ok to refrigerate then I would prefer I keep it there. Just didn’t know if it could get too cold.
I know there's always a lot of debate about it online but i've never had issues refridgerating hydroxo over the years. Cyano is supposed to be a bit more resistant but i'm guessing it would be ok too.
On my b12 it only says <25C, there's no lower limit listed like on some meds.
