treatment for rectal bleeding/hemorrhoids?
So fortunately no
colon
cancer
or malignant polyps or tumors. However, this shows there is still a lot going on in that area and it’s not healthy. The recommendation is to get a hemorrhoidectomy for the hemorrhoid and a transanal lesion excision for the skin tag.

Experience Taking Xeloda
I was diagnosed in 2019 with breast
cancer
, in 2020 with uterine, and this February with
colon
. I am NED with breast and uterine, and am now being treated for the
colon
cancer
. I had a successful bowel resection, and am now about to start chemo. I would like to know how you tolerated Xeloda.

Scared of the Future.....
All of his bloodwork has come back ok, his platelets are a little high, but his iFOBT has come back positive and now I have convinced myself that he has either
colon
cancer
or stomach cancer. 😭😭😭 The nurse said that the "blood found in the iFOBT was miniscule but she would pass it on to doctor regardless

Best friend has cancer
My best friend has stage 4
colon
cancer
, and we are on opposite sides of the country. I'm so worried for him and upset, and the oncologist says he can't have chemo until he heals from his recent surgeries. I'm almost completely gutted with concern for my friend.

Colon cancer symptoms but ended up being intestinal parasites.
These apparently are signs of
colon
cancer
I was told. I had freaked out already prior the colonoscopy. So I really wasn't to worried anymore. I seen many of Dr 's and all of them treated me like I was crazy.

Metallic Smelling Poops a sign of colon cancer?
I haven't seen people with
colon
cancer
really describe this symptom but if you type in metallic smelling stools online many people say it means blood. I don't see blood and I know it can be occult but do people with occult blood often say it smells metallic?

I'm 75 years old and during a colonoscopy today, my doctor found 10 precancerous plops and one, malignant-looking mass at the end of colon.
However, it appears I have
colon
cancer
in my lower rectum. Now, for my question: has anyone had a similar situation with cancer? If so, how did you cope and what kind of treatment or success rate did you have? Right now, I feel like I have a death sentence.

The other day I read the gumf and was quite shocked to see Breast or
colon
cancer
listed as one of the downsides. Hang on there!!! I’m trying to avoid strokes etc and niw dicing with two nasty cancers. I don’t want to take this now. Has anyone got anything to add to this.
