Hello! I am almost 56 years old! I took a Cologuard test three years ago and it was negative. I took one a couple of weeks ago and it was positive. I have been looking at the symptoms for colon cancer and the only possibility I see would be an increase in bowel movements. I would say that I used to only go once a day but now more like two or three times a day and often can be diarrhea. But not always! I do eat a lot more fiber than I used to and also I notice that it can often come after coffee or a caffeine drink. I don’t have any of the other symptoms really. I also do not have family history of colon cancer. However, I am extremely worried! I tend to worry a lot about health issues. I do have a colonoscopy scheduled in just a couple weeks , I am getting really nervous for the results! The doctor assured me that there are many false positives with Cologuard but nonetheless, I am nervous. Any advice?

Hi, I know exactly what you mean. I'm a young man of 24. July 6th, I have a colonoscopy. I'm also obsessed with health. There are many bowel diseases. The worst of them is colon cancer, don't think the worst, I know from myself that it is difficult, I hope you recover quickly.
