Lung transplant accessement
Got my date for my 4 day lung transplant accessment. It's 23rd February. They told me last week it would be April before I was going back up there. But my consultant in nottingham has spoke to them and brought it forward. As I'm now really struggling with my breathing

Lung surgery
I've been advised to have my lower left lobe removed because I have 3 tumours there. I'm a bit apprehensive about having the operation. Has anyone else had this op? Any advice appreciated, Lilian

Mom has lung cancer
My mother (79), a non-smoker was just diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. I have been smoking for 35 years (I'm 53). I have attempted to quit dozens of times over the years, but have always relapsed. I have been smoke free for 3.5 days. I am using the patch. I'm feeling terrible guilt about my smoking

Hi, not posted since my lung surgery 4 weeks ago but keep reading posts daily, I had a wedge op for 2 tumors in my right lung, all going well, then today I went for my follow up appointment and the surgeon said I needed to have the whole lobe out as cancerous cells were found and he thought it would

Out Spending Money...Again
I've been saving up for a tumble dryer...much to Himself's disgust because he's thinking of the leccky bill... The problem is not so much damp clothes and stuff it's more dog hairs 'cos Eilis sleeps with me on the settee and sheds copious amounts of short dark hair that seems to be impossible to get
