Ketones
(I’m not a fan of “instant cures”, and this along with
collagen
(for different reasons) seem to be the thing of the moment. I/we can’t fast because it throws our thyroid stuff out, can you use ketones or not - confused! Thanks)

Triiodothyronine ameliorates silica-induced pulmonary inflammation and fibrosis in mice
Our results showed that the silicosis mouse model was accompanied by changes in thyroid morphology and function, and T3 supplement reduced silica-induced lung damage, inflammation and
collagen
deposition.

Is hydrolyzed Chicken Bone Broth Protein Concentrate bad for RLS
I recently started taking
collagen
powder which contains hydrolyzed Chicken Bone Broth Protein Concentrate. Is this bad for RLS? Interestingly, I have had 2 nights recently where I had restless legs after 23 nights of no restless legs after I increased my gabapentin above 900 mg.

Supplement recommendations refused medication
Was looking at marine
collagen
, and thyrogold. I am a really fussy eater so changes to diet aren’t an option but I do try to eat a high protein diet and as health as I can. Tia x

Limiting protein
I’ve been having a smoothie in the morning, but I’ve been including nut milk, nut butter,
collagen

I'm all crinkly with no
collagen
present. I use organic coconut oil in the bath and a thick body cream, but nothing appears to make my skin look how it was. Any suggestions?

Chapter 17. I dream of the revolution that must come... 2/2.
In other words, the possible evolutionary weak point of the brain would have been left in the hands of nutrients, of the liver for its blood purifying function and, as a final defense, of the blood-brain barrier (so dependent on
collagen
, vitamin C and flavonoids). Neurologist Dr.

Vitamin absorption
And COQ10,
collagen
and DIM when I remember. My FT3, FT4, B12 and D had all been improving, with B12 sometimes very high. Without changing doses of anything, I am back to where I was before taking any levo at all - low in range values of each. I do feel tired, emotional, and can’t get warm.
