Will this interfere with my underactive thyroid?
Hi I wish to start taking a
collagen
supplement but it contains celadrin and bromelain. Does anybody know if these Ingredients could have any negative impact on my underactive thyroid?

Trying to Understanding Light Therapies
Biological effects such as an increase in

bundles and elastin fibers are increased when Red and Infrared energy is used in conjunction with each other. However, the two wavelengths should never be used simultaneously due to possible wavelength interference.

Can
collagen
powder supplement influence blood test results? Mine came back all normal, yet I feel some stiffness and aching. I have PMR. Normally I get at least 2 that are outside the normal range, like my WBC count and CRP.

Some natural supplements that help for hair (and pain)
I had read on another forum about different natural supplements for hair…in the past I was on
collagen
powder, but then learned it wasn’t good for breast cancer. So I went off of it. One of the recent posts mentioned MSM powder, which I have in my pantry but hadn’t been using.

I started almost a year ago with this diagnosis, unfortunately. I had biopsies in February to confirm cirrhosis.

Longterm "subclinical hyperthyroidism" does not affect bone density in patients having had thyroid ablation for cancer
At both visits, we determined biochemical parameters and markers of bone resorption (C-terminal telopeptide of type I
[β-CTX]) and formation (N-propeptide of type I
collagen
[PINP] and osteocalcin).

COLLAGEN POWDER
Our local health food store was suggesting a
collagen
supplement. Has anyone heard of adding
collagen
powder to smoothies or sprinkling on cereal as an aid to building connective tissue? I bought some anyway, I guess it won’t hurt at the very least! I’d be grateful for thoughts on this.

High Cortisol - Advice please
Over the past year I took some supplements which affected my adrenals and increased my cortisol levels (
collagen
and glycine powder taken for peptic ulcers). Because I became very unwell I didn’t realise it was the supplements causing the problems.
