I have another autoimmune disease (microscopic
colitis
) which developed 2 years ago but I have been symptom free from that for a year. Thank you for any advice. I’m 51.

Question, each month with rising PSA, when do I do a pet scan
I prefer to radiate, as I finally have my
colitis
under control with no more bleeding, it’s been a long road with that issue since last July What number PSA do I wait to before getting a pet scan?

Multiple conditions leading to burnout
To give context, I have PCOS, endo, degenerative discs, lymphocytic
colitis
and my gynae now thinks I have adenomyosis too. I also suffer with frequent migraines. My consultant has recently advised I am likely to need a hysterectomy and has discussed injections in the interim.

Ocrevus
Two years ago I was diagnosed with microscopic
colitis
. I’m not sure if this is a side effect from the infusions. I am debating about stopping the Ocrevus. I have an infusion scheduled in 2 weeks. I’m wondering if any one else has stopped the infusions at my age? Thank you, Linda

New diagnosis of IBD
Has anyone else had a change of diagnosis, the dr said I might be looking at crohns or some form of
colitis
. Just looking for a bit of advice or if anyone else has been through the same thing. It’s just quite a shock to be told after always being told “it’s just IBS” (which is awful on its own!!)

Food Additives
People who are at risk on consumption of E 339 include those with kidney disease, heart failure,
colitis
, intestinal tears and blockages and those allergic to it. Now I know that I'm a fuss pot when it comes to food additives, but I certainly won't risk trying this as I know I'm sensitive to them.

Selnoflast (or not) on board! New Trial
Selnoflast is one of several new drugs that hope to address the problem of neuroinflamation, a NLRP3 inhibitor that is already in phase 1 trial for ulcerative
colitis
. I had a long PET scan last week to get baseline data on my current neuroinflamatory state.

Varying results on FIT tests
I am 54, no family history (that I know of) of cancer but my mom has ulcerative
colitis
since she was young and she has polyps removed at her frequent colonoscopies. I had a colonoscopy around 22 years ago. That’s when IBS was diagnosed.

IBS or something more?
I've recently had my 3rd colonoscopy, where everything looked "normal", no signs of
colitis
or crohn's, but I still have to wait at least another 6 weeks for the results. Biopsies were taken at the time.
