Pelvic/lower abdominal pain worse when walking/standing
I have been diagnosed with ulcerative
colitis
but I haven't had inflammation for two years and my doctors say that this doesn't explain my pain.

The Sweet syndrome as a cutaneous manifestation of Crohn’s disease
Sweet's syndrome (SS) can be triggered by inflammatory bowel disease (IBD - Crohn's disease and ulcerative
colitis
). When this happens, SS normally develops in response to an IBD flare, but in up to 25% of cases, it appears before the diagnosis of IBD.

I have probably had
colitis
for forty years, but didn't really know it. I had a few flares that led to colonoscopies and health professionals telling me they weren't sure - maybe irritable bowel. Then I'd be fine for ages and just forget about it.

so get various bloods checked every 3 months – full blood count, liver function test, urea and electrolytes.
