Endo and colitis

I have endometriosis as well as colitis and I’m struggling to conceive. I am just wondering if anyone else has both of these and has any tips or advise.

I fell pregnant in May 2019 but miscarried at 7 weeks. I had a Laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in December 2019 where they diagnosed endometriosis. They removed it and said I should find it easier to fall but since then nothing. I know endo can make it difficult and then the added colitis obviously won’t help but I just wondered if anyone had any advise on supplements I can be taking or anything I can be doing to help?

Hello - I have both as well as interstitial cystitis. My colitis flares a couple of days before my period so I know it is hormone related. Try eliminating dairy and taking probiotics - also the FODMAP diet is good for controlling colitis. EPA/DHA supplements may help to reduce inflammation. Jo xx
