Has anyone else been addressed directly from incapacity for this new benefit?
I have been on incapacity benefit and DLA (high rate mobility) for over a decade, I get about when the pain isn't too bad on crutches and was diagnosed with Fibromialgia a bit over a year ago. I was recently assessed for this new version of incapacity (Employment & support allowance) and told I no longer

Last weekend, I managed 10.88km (about 6.2 miles) with lots of walking (and a bit of getting lost). I felt worn out afterwards ! On Tuesday at running club, we did some hill sessions - they were very tough so I'm sure they were good for me - someone told me it would take a few weeks to reap the

After experiencing increasingly severe leg pain over quite a long period of time, combined with symptoms that until speaking with my G.P I hadn't really associated with ovarian cancer I was knocked sideways by being given a C125 blood test and referred to see a gyn. oncologist within 10 days - I go on

So heres the thing!!! Ive had fibromyalgia for approx 6ish yrs now and since being diagnosed ive managed it quiet well; flare ups were minimal and i contained them with co codamol, pressure bandages and gel rubs. They caused minor distruption to my life and seemed to pass quickly; in fact I trully questioned

Totally fed up of being told nothing more we can do
I have recently been going through a rough patch with my asthma and the only places I seem to be visiting are GP Surgery and Hospital, I know that I'm should be thankful because I'm not as bad as some people on here. Last night I was really suffering with my asthma and after struggling for a few hours

Suffering from toothache like pain in different parts of my body
Was diagnosed with hypermobility in shoulders back in 2008. I was also told recently that I had the start of arthritis in my neck. Since early this year, I have been experiencing toothache like pain in different parts of my body, especially down my forearm to thumb, in head and down right shin bone

Has anyone else been given Zoladex to diagnose a problem?
Apparently no one is sure what is causing my pain. Had a cyst rremoved last november and the pain returned in feb. It got progessively worse month by month - only help was increasing pain killers - tramadol, co-codamol, ibruprofen and finally morphine in hospital. Saw consultant and was put on Zoladex

Hi, I'm new to this site.I've recently started to suffer from restless legs and arms & hands.
It's driving me to tears during the day, never mind at night. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how to help with this? I move about in bed so much now, that I'm keeping hubby awake too :-( Any suggestions welcome! EDIT: Medication I'm on:- Gabapentin, Tramadol, Co-Codamol. Amitriptaline
