Neck ache leading to headache and tiredness.
Does anyone else have these symptoms. Its been line this for 4 days and I only feel better if I rest my head on a pillow or the setee! Do I need to increase Pregabalin? I have the scope to (as my GP says) If others have this too then I know its probably FM and will increase. If not co-codamol frequently

Pain control is there any?
I was on morphine 220mg x twice daily, plus Co-codamol 30/500mg x 8 daily, 20mg x 2 Amitriptyline also, and the pain still broke through. I do not think there a medication, nor exercise jointly that keeps the pain under control. Even cognitive behaviour treatment didn't help.

Who takes Tramadol?
I've recently been prescribed Tramadol as I was fed up with the amount of paracetamol that I take each day in the form of Co-codamol (up to 8 tablets a day), as well as the fact they've stopped really working on the pain, so I expect I'm tolerant to them now. Anyway the Tramadol, it's awful. It makes

As you know last night when I went to bed I was feeling really good. However I woke up to go to the loo at around 3am and just couldn't get back to sleep. When it was time to get up for work I hurting all over and for two pins (or maybe even three) I could have stayed there but the trouble with Fibro

Do pain killers make the pain completely go away?
I'm starting to think I'm not on strong enough pain killers, but the dr won't prescribe me anything else. I currently take Co-codamol 30/500mg, but all it does is make me feel a bit woozy but the pain levels are exactly the same. If I went onto a stronger painkiller such as tramadol will that make

Good Night All - it's not been a bad day
Hi all, at least having a better night than yesterday when I had a bad headache and backache. Again didn't get much sleep but that seems to be the norm now so I have decided that I will just have to put up with for now. It's not been a bad day once I got started - that is crawling out of bed very

The pay off...
So yesterday was a good day, just as well I'd been dreading travelling to a meeting in London in this weather, but apart from a bit of stiffness and a few tweaks all was good. Roll on 24 hours and of course it's pay off time! I was awake half the night with terrible pain in my hips and today I can

HELP! Can anyone recommend a good muscle relaxant? ( not Diazepam)
I'm in a really, really, really bad flare-up. Worst in years! I'm quite literally at my wits end. I'm seeing my pain specialist tomorrow - who, btw, is lovely and a real help. All except that I get hardly any pain meds. I'm on Co-codamol (30/500) and Ibuprofen ( 400mg) I also get diazepam, but only

Thoughts we'd share this article. If any of you take co-codamol tablets then please take note. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-17487432?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
