B12 oral spray
Hi all, could I please have some advice regarding the b12 subligal spray! I have started using this daily and having 4 weekly injection. I have pernicious anaemia which I tested positive for intrinsic factor. So my question is! Is the siblings spray effective? My b12 level atm is 415 at 4 weekly injections

B12 management
With recent bloods of B12 showing 211 (200-) I have just seen gp and was told it was normal and did not require treatment. I had pdf with guidance and argued the point. Was told it had gone up from 133 (180-) 2 years ago and would take time. Advised supplements from Holland & Barrett. I advised I did

Is muscular pain and stiffness a symptom of PA?
Hi, I've just joined PA because my husband was diagnosed with PA about 2 weeks ago. At this stage we're hoping that it is just PA he has as his symptoms are not usual. He is suffering from a lot of stiffness and pain, mostly in his large muscles. This is very bad at times and at other times not so bad

I am running out of options...
I stumbled upon this site during my search for options and I could really use some advice... I am a 22 year old active female and I have recently suffered through two episodes of what seems to be like a stroke but I am unsure. I have no health issues and I am very active involving rock climbing, hiking

Castor oil packs anyone?
Hi - I'm curious to know who uses castor oil packs on here (castor oil smeared over pelvic area, covered in 2 small sheets of white towelling, hot water bottle on top), or who has tried them in the past. For those who use them - how often do you use them, and how long for at a time? Do you find them

Suspected asthma but no wheeze
I have been suffering with a cough for 2 months. It is worst at night, waking me from sleep and when I exercise. I saw a nurse about 5weeks ago and she suspected asthma. My peak flow was only 220, about half of what it should be. I was given a blue inhaler to relieve symptoms. I used this frequently

Skin patches, sublingual sprays etc. Do they work?
Hi I tested negative for intrinsic factor antibodies and my b12 is quite low (see profile for numbers), but I am Hashi's and not got the treatment for that quite right yet. I have some b12 deficient symptoms (possibly, could be the Hashi's perhaps). As more b12 won't do me any harm, and working on
