B12d, FM, VitD or all three???
Have also been prescribed

I was managing the pain with

Pain patch advice
Silly question, but how do I ask a GP for pain patch? My regular GP is off on extended leave due to ill health so I have to see someone else. Keep putting off making an appointment as I really don't know how to ask. I've been very stressed and unwell of late. I was in hospital with pneumonia a short

Confused and fed up
GP did a pg test (negative), examined me, felt my stomach etc. and told me everything was fine and just to take ibuprofen and paracetamol, or OTC
co
codamol
. Needless to say, none of it is touching the pain.

My specialist says to take 8
co
codamol
daily along with 1800 mg of ibruphen--- but my local chemist, who is usually brilliant, says its not a good idea to mix mtx with anti inflams even tho Itake 60 mil of lanzoprozole. Thanks.

Total Knee Replacement and RLS
I normally take 2 off 0.25mg Pramipexole and 1 off
Co

codamol
30/500 tablets to try and control my RLS. On my release from Hospital I was given Ibuprofen and Paracetamol to control the pain from the operation. My pain was manageable but my RLS has become significantly worse and for longer periods.
