Pain relief medication for cronic lower back pain, and Sciatica.
Currently taking the maximum
Co
-
Codamol
of 40 tablets a week to little effect for my back pain. Rang to speak to my GP today, but was told to ring back in a week, when he is back of his hols. Can anyone suggest a more effective pain killing medication, hopefully less than 40 tablets per week.

Pain Killers Pain Management Opiates and Stimulants
I have used

Period pain or something more ?
I’ve been prescribed

codamol
(the lowest dose) and will take 1 sometimes 2 on the first day of my period. I am a bit worried that my pain is indicative of an underlying condition, but I don’t know if I’m just over worrying, which I tend to do.

Very mild exercises causing exacerbations?
Short Version: Has anyone got exacerbations (from bronchiectasis) after even very mild exercising? (meaning that during the exercise I had no or little breathlessness) (e.g. running for a few minutes or swimming for less than 200 meters) I observe that I had these and wonder if this is common.
