wrestless legs syndrome help!!!
so my dad has had wrestless legs syndrome for as long as I can remember. Life has gotten really really bad. He’s been addicted to vyvanse for awhile now and those are the only things that help him sleep he says but that hasn’t been helping lately and I honestly don’t believe it ever actually was. Who

I'm a mess
I suffered emotional trauma recently and I am having severe anxiety and depression. I am being treated with medication and therapy but I need someone to talk to. When its gets real bad I call the crisis line but they only try to keep you alive. [u]
If there is anyone who can talk, please respond

Generalized anxiety depression
I am diagnosed with GAD, its not that I am having this everyday; if somethings triggered me then its like a rocket and suddenly it show up. The worst part is that I feel so lonely, cannot breath, cant control my tears and even my anger. What I did normally on my case if this things happened, I used to

difficult feelings
just another vent really….. Does anyone else have those days when they just feel really angry and resentful. Having a bad case of the ‘why me’ right now. Lots of regret and frustration at the situation I find myself in. Tbh I think I’m pretty depressed and have been ever since the fertility consultation

Depression! Who do you think you are?
I have days that don't start, they are dragged from the day(s) before. Imagine that? A day that seems to never end, one that drags and lingers, and forces me to relive the pain and the depression of the one before, compounded by that which is happening now. i don't like being depressed, I don't like
