Could I have Lung Cancer?
Hey Guys, Newbie here. Feeling alarmed at the moment as I have had a chest x-ray showing shadow on the apex of the right lung, in position this corresponds to pain I have in upper chest and upper back. Been asthmatic for over 10 years, medication increasingly ineffective in recent years and put on

Some years ago, I had a very irritating cough. It was a tickle right in the corner of my throat and caused strong bouts of coughing, often for no apparent reason but sometimes just a sip of water would set it off. I was diagnosed by various doctors with allergies, acid reflux and post nasal drip but

Methotrexate update
Further to stopping MTX last week due to chest pains. I’m just waiting on the chest x Ray results but went to see doc yesterday who thought I may have Costochondritis ( sounds like a budget supermarket! Lol!) Anyone else experience this?

As the letter states with regard to your operation an appointment has been made for you to attend a pre-operative assessment next Monday 11th March but no date as to when the AVR will take place!!! So scheduled for blood samples to be taken, an ECG and a chest X-Ray estimated three hours ! Also

Coping with Anxiety - Chest pain
Hi everyone, This is my first post on here, I wanted to try sharing how I feel in an effort to see if anyone else happens to be going or has been through similar. I would say that I am an anxious person as in, if there is reason to get anxious, I will get overly fixated and anxious regarding the subject

So I went to the hospital a few weeks ago for constant chest pressure that was literally so scary and uncomfortable. I had a chest X-ray, ekg, and blood work done. They diagnosed me with Costochondritis and told me to take ibuprofen. This morning my chest is killing me and I’m really nervous but I’m

Health Anxiety Sucks
So my health anxiety has been really bad the last week or so. I again ran to the ER thinking I was having a heart attack lastnight. I was having palpitations and left arm pain and I jumped out of bed so fast, threw on the first thing I could find and raced to the nearest hospital. Blood work, EKG, chest
