So my health anxiety has been really bad the last week or so. I again ran to the ER thinking I was having a heart attack lastnight. I was having palpitations and left arm pain and I jumped out of bed so fast, threw on the first thing I could find and raced to the nearest hospital. Blood work, EKG, chest x-ray and all was good and same as the other 15 plus times I had all these test done. How can I stop thinking I'm dying of multiple things everyday all day? I've asked my self this multiple times. The news of anyone dying of a disease, heart attack, stroke or anything sets me off and I think I'm dying of the same thing they died of. Am I crazy?

You are not crazy. You will need to stop feeding the anxiety by going to the hospital every time. When we give in to the thought, the path of anxiety is dug more deeply into the brain. A therapist can work with you
