Anxious
Hi everyone. So I had my 24 hour holter monitor which the doctor said just showed a fast heart rate and she couldn’t see anything else.so I assumed she would now after all my tests just concentrate on the anxiety.but she wants to send me to cardiology??as someone who is absolutely terrified of my heart

Tired of the pain
My chest always hurts. Blood test, chest X-ray and ekg are all normal. 28 and good blood pressure and heart rate. Even with all signs pointing to anxiety I can’t help feel it’s more. I just want to feel normal because without your health you have nothing. I have no energy and isolate myself only leaving

This was yesterday: Feeling good about how busy I've been. Am 55, asthmatic, no car, Friday did 2 interviews by bus, Saturday pushed and pulled heavy shopping cart full of groceries including water. Out and about or at least productive for about 24 hours in two days . 8 am take asthma pills. 9 am take

Advice
As I said in my comments in my introduction, I am due to be assessed at cardiology unit after developing Stable Angina symptoms while in hospital for a Spinal Decompression on the 28th February, over 4 weeks ago. Since the operation I cant walk or climb stairs normally without inducing chest, neck,

Good reason not to choose a dog the same colour as your flooring!
Not been the best day..... have been awaiting my chest x-ray results. GP believes I have inflammation of my sinuses and prescribed nasal steroids. He also sent me for an X-ray to be precautious as was recently treated for latent TB. Phoned for results and radiographers report said he wants GP to discuss

Possible PCOS but GP won’t refer me to endocrinologist - hair loss main issue
By now I’m on
Cilest
as my GPs have removed me from Dianette as I was on it longer than I should have been. I start taking more supplements the iron properly again and the minoxidil however my hair loss continues in the year that follows and my weight is now 18stones.

Chronic cough and hypertension in 20 year old
I was diagnosed with bronchitis in November of 2018. After 3 rounds of steroids and antibiotics I finally got better. Once the new year came in I started getting sick again. My PCP thought it was bronchitis again, but I couldn't take anymore medications because I already had too many steroids and antibiotics

I am 57 year old male. I am recently having pain near the lateral side of left triceps and 2 kgs of weight loss in last 2 months. The triceps pain started earlier but it worsened in the last 2 months. Doctor gave B complex twice daily and prescribed several tests. Cardiac tests (echo and EKG) are normal

Just diagnosed - vasculitis GPA
Hi, I am so glad I've found this site as I am just at the start of my vasculitis journey and from what I read, seen and heard I will need all the help I can get. I suspect my immune system got triggered when I donated blood in August 2018 - I got really sick during the process. Nothing unusual, it happens

bisoprolol and shortness of breath
Hello, I am on bisprolol 2.5 mg for inappropriate sinus tachycardia, which was thought to have caused/exacerbated my shortness of breath (which was initially caused by severe anemia but persists despite normal Hb [but ferritin is low normal]) . The bisoprolol also brought down my diastolic BP which

Shadow on lung for two years
Nearly two years ago my mum had a chest X-ray which showed a shadow on her lung. She had a CT scan which ruled out cancer. She had another X-ray a few weeks ago which showed the shadow had stayed the same as the first X-ray nearly two years ago. She keeps being told numerous things like pneumonia, Chronic
