**** UPDATE***Ectopic 💔 My suspicions were confirmed this morning.
Hi folks my hcg levels are just 5000!!! I’m being taken for surgery immediately. Thanks for all your love and support. Think I’m in shock now as the tears have stopped. Hello everyone, Thank you for the yesterday however, my little lambie has implanted next to my ovary (they think) absolutely devastated

11dp5dt BFP with Faint Line
Hello All, Today was my OTD and I appear to have a BFP. Obviously very excited but also cautious as my last IVF cycle resulted in a chemical pregnancy. The test line is certainly much stronger than in my previous cycle and the clinic said that their test (which is the one pictured) can be harder to get

Early beta hcg and chances of ongoing pregnancy
Hello ladies, I have just found this and thought i would share. It might serve as a reassurance for some of us, or in any case good to know! https://expectingscience.com/2018/05/17/an-early-beta-hcg-test-is-a-good-predictor-of-your-chances-of-a-first-trimester-miscarriage/

After all that emotional rollercoaster (with food poisoning on 6dp5dt), I’ve continued getting two lines and my clear blue digital says I’m 2-3 weeks pregnant! Can this be real? It’s still early days but fingers crossed 🤞I have attached a picture of how my lines progressed - there were definitely days

11 days post embryo transfer & no bleeding ok?
11 days post embryo transfer and no bleeding - - is that ok? but boobs are swollen & sensitive to touch. Did a home pregnancy test which I know I shouldn’t have as probably too early on hcg levels in urine and result is negative. Beta blood test organised for 14 days post transfer so will find out either

VenR in Relapsed CLL: 4-Year Results and Evaluation of Impact of Genomic Complexity and Gene Mutations from MURANO 3 study
This is an important evaluation and insight into how your CLL profile affects your response to VR in relapsed and refractory CLL. Sadly it looks like bad genetics is still relatively bad news in terms of PFS even on VenR. "[i]In previous analyses of the MURANO study, fixed-duration venetoclax plus rituximab

Migraine Awareness Week- Sleep and Migraine
It's Migraine Awareness Week and the National Migraine Centre has focused on 'Self-care and Migraine'. Today we are looking at sleep. How much sleep should you be having? Do alcohol and caffeine really affect your sleep? What is restless legs syndrome and is there a link with migraine? Have a listen

Beta hcg at 28 on 7.5DP5DT. Help ?
Hi everyone. My clinic likes to test for beta hcg 9DP5DT. Unfortunately my clinic is closed on 9 days past hence they ordered a blood test the previous day. My transfer was late evening so I was technically 7.5 days past my 5 day transfer at the time of drawing blood and my result was 28. I am retesting

8DP5DT too early for beta hcg ?
Hi lovelies. I am now 7DP5DT. My clinic said my beta would be 9 days after my transfer - however that falls on a public holiday here where I live. So they scheduled my first beta for tomorrow at 8DP5DT. I tested at home on a Clearblue Digital at 6DP5DT and it was a BFP. Is 8DP5DT too early for a good

Some good news and hope
A very special day today. My wife Jan was diagnosed with an incurable blood cancer CLL this day 9 years ago age 39. We are in Ireland. After 3 very sick years we were fortunate that she was able to access a clinical trial in the UK and in 2014 started a drug Ibrutinib which targets the cancer. Her

From ana positive in past to ana negative??
I have always been ana positive in the past and my recent one was negative which puzzled the rheumatologist, as I have been suffering from increased inflammation which showed in my bloods. I have been feeling dreadful and she says it's due to increased lupus activity. Has anyone else had this happen

Night Sweats
I was diagnosed with CLL May of 2018. Still on wait & watch. I am 61. Over the last 40 years I would get periodic night sweats, very randomly. Once a year, then over the last 20 years, I would have a few night sweats year. Over the last 5 years, I get them a few days in a row, then nothing for months
